If for some reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days, for a full refund.

Given the nature of our products we can only accept products that have not been opened from their original package provided by the manufacturer, so that they are still suitable for resale. Any tampering with the package, or indication that the product has been used or installed, makes it unacceptable for return.

We will accept returns of any products that are found damaged during shipping. We'll also reimburse the cost of return shipping for damaged products. Hardware of software incompatibilities are not accepted as reasons for returns. Please review the system requirements for each product prior to your purchase.

We can only accept returns sent via registered mail or courier, at your cost. Each return must also contain a copy of the sale receipt.

The refunds will be posted to the credit card used for the purchase, within 20 business days from receiving your return.
